This year sees the Durrow Scarecrow Festival host the 4thAll Ireland Scarecrow Championship. With a total prize fund of €3,000 of which €1,000 will go the overall winner, competition will be fierce. All scarecrows (with the exception of those made by entrants under 16 years and international entries) will compete against each other. The number of awards given this year will be at the judges discretion but we would expect the top 10 scarecrows to be awarded a prize.
