Durrow Scarecrow Festival 2017.
Your Pictures On Social Media!!
As Day 5 of this year’s Scarecrow Festival, draws to a close, we have passed the halfway point!!! Hard to believe – but we still have four fun packed day’s remaining. We’ve been amazed at the turnout so far, and thank each and every person who has come along this year, for making it such a wonderful event!
We’ve been on social media, and love seeing all the photographs of everyone just having a fun time! Below are a selection of those photos. Keep them coming, and remember please use the hashtag #durrowscarecrowfestival.
The town of Durrow is so pretty! 😍 If you find yourself driving through the midlands of Ireland it’s a nice place to stop. 🌺 In early August every year they have a really fantastic scarecrow festival. You have to see the effort put in by the whole town to make the most imaginative scarecrows which are dotted all over the town during the festival. #travel #discoverireland #ireland #durrowscarecrowfestival #durrow #neverstopexploring #prettyirishtown #iphonesnap
Adventures of Éire saw us stop by the #durrowscarecrowfestival this afternoon. Never been. Didn’t know what to expect. And it was BRILLIANT. Most probably my favourite day of the summer so far. There was King Kong, Mrs Brown, Snow White and so much more. It’s free, it’s in Laois and if your looking for something to do this weekend you’ve got to check it out!! There’s more on my snapchat @mylittlebabog and I’ll pop up a post in my group (linked above as soon as I get the rascals down!).
